California and the California Real Estate Inspection

Background:
I have a wide range construction and remodeling experience
and a background in electronics and electrical controls.
I served in the armed forces as a helicopter mechanic and
crew chief. My background in electronic repair and aviation
maintenance has given me a keen eye for detail which is
essential for any type of Inspection from aircraft to HVAC
systems.
I am a Graduate of The Ohio Institute of Technology and
The American Home Inspection Training Institute.
