you are ready to schedule an inspection or if you just have questions about the process.
Scheduling. If you are ready to schedule an inspection there is a 8:00am or a 1:00pm time slot
give or take an hour. In order to preform a quality inspection and not rush to get to the next
inspection. I will only preform 2 inspections per day.
Contract. I use a standard CREIA Inspection Contract and require it be signed by the client prior
to the inspection.
The Inspection. I prefer the client be present for at least part of the inspection. The inspection
will take 3 to 4 hours depending on the number of problems found and the square footage of the
home. I work from a checklist created directly from the CREIA standards of practice. During the
inspection I will answer any questions the client may have and point out potential problem areas.
I may offer suggestions for preventing potential problems.
The Report. My report is generated on computer using digital photographs and is in .pdf format.
It is always done on the evening of the Inspection and e-mailed to the client and the clients agent.
A printed copy will be made available and sent via UPS if required.
Payment. The fee is due at the completion of the inspection. Payment can be made by Cash, Check,
PayPal or by escrow. Escrow billing requires an additional 50.00 fee
